El Salvador's 2024 high-rise law exempts income from buildings of 35 storeys or more from income tax for fifteen years, covering first sales, rentals and hotel operation. These plots are zoned for multi-family housing, in the corridor the national planning office has named for high-rise investment. Take your own tax advice: the exemption is claimed before construction starts.
